Maleficent the Malicious
------------------------------------------------------------- The crisp winter breeze nipped at Maleficent, not that she noticed. She quietly padded along to her "special" spot in the castle, but it wasn't really in the palace really. More of a little hole outside the palace. She'd dug it herself, and was quite proud of it. It was her hideout, her domain, where Maleficent could rule over all. And keep away from the piercing gaze of Queen Jadis. The lynx wasn't fond of the white witch, but she tolerated her, if only for the blessed winter. And, you know, the whole "if-you-don't-serve-me-I-will-torture-you" thing, but Maleficent tended to skim over that fact.
She reached her spot and brushed the snow away from the few items she owned. Some interestingly shaped rocks , the skin of the first rabbit she'd ever killed, and other keepsakes. Maleficent hid them out here because she couldn't stand the thought of anyone but her touching them. Once satisfied that everything was in order, she curled up beside a ratty old blanket she'd found and closed her eyes.
The sound of a twig snapping caused her ears to perk up. She lifted her head and zeroed in on a large bush. Her eyes narrowed angrily. She'd have to kill whoever it was, of course. Maleficent wouldn't allow anyone to know of her secret place. She leisurely stretched and got up on all fours. "You have 7 seconds before I come after you" she said pleasantly, thinking it only fair to give -the spy turned prey- a head start.

against the world of white, the dark-colored head of a wolf rose to the pearly gray sky, gold eyes punctured into the black fur narrowing curtly, as if she was sharply addressing someone above the depressed blanket of clouds that sported heavy gray stomachs. A chilly gust of wind whipped by, ruffling her tidy, sleek fur and speeding between the army of stripped tree trunks. She flicked her black tail distractedly, brushing across the snow-laden ground and glanced sharply right, ear's going rigid when her senses picked up a slight rustling in the snow. But seeing from the fact that she easily relaxed the next moment showed that whatever she hear was far enough from her that she couldn't hear it; that meant that creature was too far to be of any danger to her. Snorting disdainfully, Lucretia padded smoothly from her perch on the crest of a low, dull hill to the base, licking her lips slowly, her tongue feeling the icy punch of the cold, bitter air. Last night, before patrol, had been her last meal, and she was, of course, famished, for it was way past dawn by now. But although Lucretia was supposed to be patrolling around her perimeter, under direct orders of Maugrim, oh so bossy Maugrim, slipping in a little hunt won't hurt.
she was about to bound off in hunt of something to satisfy her hunger when sound reached her keen ears; the same rustling noise. The piercing yellow orbs narrowed even farther to merely barely-visible slits. If Lucretia was the type to wonder and explore, then the saying, "curiosity killed the cat" would have applied (actually, not as in literally killing her, just urging her to find out). Hmm... oh never mind. However, Lucretia only turned tail and darted the opposite way because whatever she had heard was still around. And her own saying was, "once is an accident, twice is stupid." With a hiss, Lucretia streaked past the stripped-bare trees, ducking under branches reached out with sharp claws and over large, dead trunks. Hardly a sound was made, except for the soft crunch of the snow and her quick, shallow pant. She was doing quite well, rather honestly, with keeping her reputation as the "dark phantom," that is, until she came across a sudden ridge. Moving like the wind and legs working like a machine, she couldn't stop herself fast enough at the edge, and jaw dropping slightly to a silent yelp, paid the consequence. The black-furred wolf slipped off the ridge and stumbled into a bulky shrub. Quickly, Lucretia recovered herself and, stretching out her paws and digging into the snow, stopped herself from tumbling farther.
sounding like claws streaking down granite, Lucretia heard twigs and limbs crack and snap—sounding like a bang in the quietness of the forest—under the impact of her paws and belly as she gracelessly staggered the remaining distance to the ground quietly. A silent curse slipped out of her mouth under frustration. How could she have been so clumsy?! She didn't have anymore time than that to drool over her clumsy mistake when an unrecognizable voice rang from the other side of the bush, giving her seven seconds before whoever the heck it was was coming after her. Lucretia's immediate feeling—quickly replacing her self-loathing earlier—was outrage and reproach. How dare that... that... creature talk to her like that! She was going to confront this stranger beast and demand an apology for speaking to her in such a way. Besides, if its orders were to run off, then it was completely natural for her to do the exact opposite. Puffing out her chest and raising her head high, pulling back all the dignity she lost when she stumbled, Lucretia marched out of the bush, gold eyes half-narrowed and mouth curled up into a snarl with ultimate loathe. Her company appeared to be a well-muscled lynx with a white-grayish pelt, patterned with brown spots and smudges. The snarl on her face curved into a slight smirk. " Pleasant day, cat? Pardon, but I don't think we're getting on a decent start here, don't you agree? Now, if you'd just repeat what you said earlier, and I'd be much obliged to share with you my response. " The words spilled out of her mouth like it had a mind of its own, but Lucretia couldn't help but smirk even broader, with no reason in mind.

OOC: I am done, but i am sorry that it is short!
Moonshine snorted in discust as the she-wolf fell. How embarrasing! How could such a klutz as her work for such a great powerful women. If only she could get rid of that useless peice of dirt. That would anger Maugrim, but what would one wolf dead do? She still stood motionless, as if she was staring at her greatest fear. SHe laughed in her head as the wolf acted all brave and bold, it was a pity. She started to walk towards the ramble of the two hooligans. Moonshine hated to talk with weak folk that were weaker then her. Well, the ones she thought were weaker. Moonshine thought everyone envied her and everyone was jelous of her. She asummed this because when ehr and her sister seperated, she got this attitude and her sister got other faults. Her black eyes beamed at the two animals, they both did not look happy to see each other. That was perfect, she could make them even more mad at each other. She loved screwing with everyoneslives. It was going to be the best plan ever!
Moonshine consentrated on where she wanted to go. She wanted to make sure that she came from an angle where they both could not see her. Moonshine knew the best way to enter would be to shock them both. She should wait and let them solve there little "crisis" first then she would pop in for a visit! All she had to do for know was wait. She would get impatient if it didn't take long!
