Your Info; Your Name: teh amazzing rosie. ;3 Years Role-playing: two years and a half, although i am a bit rusty. Other Characters: none.
Character Info; Characters Name: keltris smaeld. Age: sixteen. Race: talking badger. Male or Female: male. Aslan or Witch's side: aslan's.
Personality:
▪ friendly.
keltris particularly loves to make new friends, and nothing works better than to be friendly. probably the most lovable part of keltris is that he's delightfully sweet. he's generally a nice creature who loves to make new friends, or at least meet new mortals.
▪ optimistic.
his optimism is a strong and good trait. he is really buoyant and cheerful. keltris keeps to the positive side at most things and has a viewpoint on the bright side of life. he is rarely ever downhearted or cheerless, and refuses to let it get to him. keltris is a good friend to go to when you have your problems. he can help you fix your issue, or cheer you up, if his own heartened nature hasn't already.
▪ intelligent.
keltris is a fairly intelligent badger. he's rather keen on life's aspects around him. though he isn't totally the brainy egghead, keltris has a natural aptitude of a resourceful and creative creature and usually thinks outside of the box.
▪ honest.
this badger is certainly a good choice to run to if you have trouble or problems. you can trust him with your secrets and problems. he listens when you talk, and ask questions if there was time, and will offer comfort and a shoulder to cry on if you needed it. keltris hates the idea of backstabbing, and people who backstab, and if you tell him a secret, it's a secret. period. keltris also doesn't like lying, and, well, isn't that good of a liar himself, since him fidgeting gives it easily away. he does everything to others that he'll hope to receive when he's in a state of trouble.
▪ collected.
though keltris is the friendly type of creature, he can be shy around people he doesn't know very well, or just met. he's just naturally shy, and simply can't grasp the idea of acting all bubbly and chattering.
▪ stubborn.
usually, if the badger has made his mind, it's made. and that could lead him into becoming stubborn. keltris rarely lets a recent fight die down, or one of his beliefs being teased. this also brings out his inner poisonous side, the side of him that you'd probably want to avoid.
▪ compassionate.
keltris may just seem like the type of creature who won't give a hoot about others, but that's totally wrong. the badger is deeply caring and compassionate toward others, and can even become absurdly fatherly.
Description of Physical Being:
▪ face.
keltris's face is white with two black stripes that run on each side of his face—over his eyes— and to his muzzle, with white-tipped ears. the pools on each side of his face are dark and round with its usual twinkle. they are fairly small, usually silted, and reflect intelligence.
▪ body.
keltris stands a fair amount shorter and smaller than most badgers of his season. his feet and body length are small and shorter. because of his small figure, keltris is underweight and lacks the extra amount of weight most badgers have. although keltris is small, his body frame is still firm and muscular, like most badgers. he holds a proud, powerful figure with strong paws, shoulders, and smooth muscles under his pelt.
▪ fur.
this badger's fine coat is like any other badger's. his fur is hued gray on his back and darker black on his underparts. his fur is short, and keltris keeps it nicely groomed.
▪ weapons.
keltris's only weapons are his claws and teeth, which proves just as useful as any sword or dagger.
▪ distinguishing features.
one that keltris has distinguishing are the scar marks made by a frightened mole some years ago just next to his right ear. three vertical lines runs short from the base of his ear down to his cheek.
Role-play Sample:
[ a roleplay post i made for a redwall roleplay site, in case if ya were wonderin'. x3 ]
She knew he was there. Rhor saw her body stiffen and her whiskers tweaked. So much for a surprise. Darn, how he hated it when other beasts had a sharper sense than him. It was usually rare, since he usually flew to attack, and the ones he chose to steal from are the helpless and weak. He didn't plan on giving away his presence before he got his chance to strike; it was usually after he did, and when Rhor decided to rub and show off his prize. But this one was a keen one, and how it annoyed him that it was so.
He could tell that Willow was alert for him. Rhor could see that the ottermaid glanced up at him; his keen eyes picked that out. Rhor was enjoying himself. Causing distress was one of his favorite hobbies, if a good old surprise attack didn't actually work. Rhor wasn't surprised that Willow decided to take a dip in the creek. All otters were like that; none could resist a little bath in water. The robin snorted. No waterdogs could resist a little bath... even in frosty cold water. He never understood him. Rhor never liked water in the first place, anyway.
Rhor watched as the ottermaid tied her belt to a stab of rock as she stood in the creek, the water reaching up to her ankles. He heard the sound of her dirk, in its sheath, clack against a rock. And it seemed to the chubby robin that Willow was still very alert. This was stupid. Just watching this waterdog take a dip wasn't getting him anywhere. And besides, this otter had a dangerously sharp knife, and if he wasn't fast enough, this will be his last dawn, perhaps. Rhor sighed in frustration. And even more annoying, Willow was ignoring him. Rhor personally preferred that beasts take their time to try to kill him or something. It gave him more fun to lead those certain fools on a wild goose chase.
The robin launched forth from his perched and landed a good feet feet away from the bank. He preformed a hop-skip to regain his balance, lost it, and tumbled closer to the water. The robin jerked upright and hopped back a few paces. Willow would have obviously noticed him. Rhor straightened the hat wedged upon the crown of his head and smiled deviously at the ottermaid. "Fine mornin' ter ye, miss!" he called, fixing the strap across his chest, "My, ain't ye a pretties beast with such a pretties, handsomer sword."
xoxo, rosie
